Dear Porto Bellagio Owners, Election season is upon us, and today I am announcing my candidacy for the 2026 Board of Directors, with elections concluding on December 10, 2025. My top priority is clear: I will work to roll back the recent 38% HOA fee increase that forces us all to overpay thousands of dollars each year for projects that may or may not happen 10, 20, or even 30 years from now. This increase is excessive, unnecessary, and punishes every owner today for the uncertain plans of tomorrow. I believe in financial balance — reasonable reserves, not endless overcollection. ...
